İskele has changed faster than anywhere else in North Cyprus. Much of what you will find here is recent construction, and a great deal of it sits directly on the coast.
Search and filter İskele rentalsLong Beach is the centre of gravity: a long stretch of new apartment blocks and resort developments facing the sea, most of them built within the last decade. Stock is overwhelmingly studios and one-bedroom flats, often furnished and often aimed at short seasonal lets — which means availability and pricing swing hard between summer and winter.
Boğaz, closer to the Girne road, is the older working harbour and keeps a quieter, more local character. Bafra to the east is the hotel and resort strip. Both offer coastal living without Long Beach's density.
Further out towards the Karpas peninsula — Yeni Erenköy, Kumyalı, Dipkarpaz — the market thins into village houses and long-term lets. It is remote, and a car is not optional there, but it is the most affordable coastline in the country.
